Cleantech Invest AG is a source for companies devoted to alternative energies, recycling, environmental and climate protection, and other clean technologies.
We focus on companies which have been successfully established in the market, classifying them into two major groups:
1) Growth and Pre-IPO financing
With our financial expertise we are a valuable partner for established companies with a desire to quickly expand, and who share our vision of a successful collective exit.
Our investment criteria:
- Cleantech product or service already successful in the Cleantech market
- Minimum revenue of 3 million Euros and a strong upward trend
- Strong management team
- Interested in a collective exit (amortization or part-amortization of your company) in a maximum time-period of three to four years via an IPO or a Trade-Sale
2) Special Situations
There are many companies who fulfill the first criteria but who we still define as a “Special Situation”. These situations vary from planed MBO’s or MBI transactions, to short term liquidity squeezes, insufficient working capital, funding for financial restructuring, or to companies who are close-to-insolvency. In all of these situations, a quick intervention is necessary and most often inevitable.
Because of our entrepreneurial approach and our network of experts we can complete such transactions in the shortest period of time.
Precedent condition for an investment is the compliance with our sustainability criteria.
